短的旅行大家都會準備充足, 每天的行程都會擠得滿滿的. 因為就是短旅行, 要利用每一分每一秒.

那住宿就必須先訂好, 若是旺季如歐洲的夏天就更加要了.  本篇就讓大家知道我去旅行時會怎樣預訂住宿.

1. 民宿
airbnb

這是集民宿於一身的網站, 從美國, 歐洲巴黎/西班牙/柏林到澳洲雪梨/墨爾本都有地方讓你住.
優點:
- 能和本地人一起同一屋簷下, 可以學習多一點本土文化/食物/人民.
- 價錢比酒店便宜
缺點:
- 私人空間比較小

上次我在澳洲tasmania用了優惠, 慳了不少.


There is no excuse of not doing exercises! Why? Cause free exercises are always there and you just need to go and try them out. Some people don't have initiation if they are alone running/doing fitness/yoga. How about with a group of people who also want to get active? Join them and have some fun!

Here are some free activities you can go:


Yoga/Fitness - lululemon Perth
lululemon offers complementary yoga classes for everyone. Different month yoga styles might change but not limited to Yin, Vinyasa and Pilates. The time and location vary. it includes: Perth city, Scarborough, Claremont, Karrinyup, Applecoss, Trigg.
Sometime they have different activities to try on such as HIIT, boxing too.


Yoga/Fitness - Live Life Get Active
A varies of things happening every weekday morning in different locations in Perth! This include yoga, boxing and training. Check their website to know the time and venue and get fit with them!
Locations include but not limited to: Baldivis, Banjup, Cockburn, North Coogee, Aveley, Perth city.



Yoga/Fitness - Curtin University and Curtin Stadium
For this semester they provide three classes every Wednesday with different verities of fitness - zumba, war, metafit, try them out and see if you like them!


Yoga - UWA
Every Saturday at 8am near the University Club of UWA, people gather to have a refreshing morning yoga class. You can join too even if you are not students or alumnis of UWA. You can even borrow mat from the sports centre.

Yoga - City of Armadale
Some communities are so good that they provide free yoga in the park every week for community to join them, this is in Armadale every Monday.
Run -  Perth Urban Runners
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm you will see them at places like Claisebrook Cove, Lake Monger, Herdsman Lake, Trigg Beach, Kings Park. Run with them to enjoy the view of sunset and make yourself more fit or challenge yourself bit by bit.



Run - North Perth Running group
If you are living/working near North Perth, it is best to join them for weekdays and weekends running. Different locations are available such as Hillarys, Sorrento, Joondalup, Burns Beach, etc.

Run - Park Run
Park Run is a weekly competition on Saturday morning 8am in different regions of Perth, from Perth city, South Perth and North Perth to far out to Margaret River and Moora. They offer 5km run for participants and you just need to register online and print the bar code before the event. Challenge yourself this weekend and get some sweat on your face!


Run - Perth Run Collective
It is organized also by lululemon. They have running event every week in Perth city, Claremont and Trigg.
Get out there and run with them!



With no cost at all and you can work out with some great people, how fun does it sound? Let's leave your boring desk and sweat together with them; Stop waiting for things to happen, go out and make them happen!

- Mardi Himal Track + ABC 6 日尼泊爾登山

第6天行程:
Ghandruk (約1940m) - 4hrs - Nayapul (約1070m) - bus 2hrs - Pokhara

今天是最後一天了. 從Ghandruk 出發走了一小時左右, 眼前的景像讓我呆著了. 一輛輛的巴士停泊在路上. 有一個counter賣巴士票. 有人走來問我們要不要坐車到波卡拉Pokhara. 對, 是直接回波卡拉Pokhara, 票價是$3.5US. 這個價錢是便宜啊. 但我們並沒有想像到今天只走1小時, 所以堅持繼續走到Nayapul.

第5天行程:
Chhomrong (約2170m)  - 2hr - Komrongdanda- 2hr -  Ghandruk (約1940m)

今早吃過早餐後, 從guesthouse看到的山景太棒了. 所以就在露台坐著把風景畫下.

- Mardi Himal Track + ABC 6 日尼泊爾登山

第4天行程:
Landruk (約1565m) - 3hr -  Jhinu (溫泉) - 1hr - Chhomrong (約2170m)

在Landruk這過早餐就出發了. 同guest house的英國人, 有一位有一部大相機, 他帶了12顆電來拍照.... 那一定好重.... 為了拍美麗的風景, 就是要這樣吧.

第3天行程:
Middle Camp (約3250m) - 55mins - High Camp (約3580m) - 1hr - Mardi Himal Base Camp (約4500m) - High Camp - Middle Camp - 40mins -  Low Camp - 1hr25mins - Forest Camp - 2hrs - Landruk (約1565m)

昨晚晚上7點已睡覺, 因為今天是大日子, 我們要登base camp 了! 因為我們住在middle camp, 要早一點起床摸黑走到high camp再向base camp出發.

早上3時許起床, 4時出發. 一出門口就看見很多星星, 溫度算不冷, 不錯.

因為昨天有日光我們已試行了一段子路, 到high camp的路我們大約記得是怎樣. 還有同住guest house 的芬蘭人及他的嚮導也在我們前面走著, 所以有些時候都看見有些頭燈的光在遠方出現.

走了約55分鐘我們已到high camp. 芬蘭人及嚮導正準備向base camp出發, 我們不是很懂路天又黑, 最好就是跟著他們! 於是趕到他們後面緊貼他們. 看見high camp 的房間都亮著燈, 大家都準備出發了.

第2天行程:
Forest Camp (約2550m) - 1hr34mins -  Low Camp - 50mins - Middle Camp (約3250m)

今天行程很鬆動, 因要適應高山, 所以我們不會由Forest Camp直接上High Camp (約3550m). 原本只上到Low Camp就完結, 但原來有一個叫Middle Camp的地方. 這消息是從已登Mardi Himal BC的人知道的, 昨晚他跟我們一樣也住在Forest Camp的guest house. 他建議我們上Middle Camp睡. 高度比High Camp低, 而且離High Camp不遠.

我們於是看看情況再決定. 早上8時才吃早餐. 9時出發. 今天都是上的, 石級又大, 都頗累的. 網上說用大約3小時, 我就用了1小時34分. 英國3男1女組合比我們先出發, 他們的目的地是high camp, 我們在路上遇到他們並越過了他們. 一路上時也看到其他人也越過了他們.

到low camp後都沒有停留, 就繼續上middle camp.

 一路上天都白矇矇, 什麼也看不到. 到了第一間middle camp guest house時, 突然看到小小的雪山, 好漂亮啊! 又有藍天!!! 要快點把它拍下, 因為數分鐘後雪山就被雲/霧遮住了.

middle camp有兩間guest house, 一間就是這裡, 另一間就再走10分鐘. 我們於是繼續上, 並在那裡stay. 宿費經商議後都是100Rupee一人.

見還有時間, 我們休息了一回後就只帶小背包向high camp進發. 因為我們的行程現在由明天只到high camp變了明天直上mardi himal BC再下來.

若果明天天氣不好, 起碼還可再留宿一日再上去. 若果天氣好, 那就比行程早一天下山.

現在上high camp因為想知道地勢和標記是如何, 因為明天出發時將會是早上天還未光黑漆漆的.

這地段已再不是樹林般的樣子, 沒有高的樹, 只有靠地的草堆, 還有就是光秃秃的路. 又是大霧的地段. 我們並沒有走到high camp就回頭了. 只是探路. 路況尚算OK.

回到middle camp和其他人談天, 有些人也會是明天登base camp. 有一個有導遊, 可能我們會跟著他走呢 (因為天比較黑有懂路的人比較安心). 然後吃晚飯後就睡了. 明天將會是長長的路途.
